Unexpectedly modern and offbeat, this asymmetrical hand-beaded necklace is composed of vintage Japanese pearls in opulent tones of soft lilacs and warm taupe, intentionally offset by a dazzling iridescent abalone focal bead. This pearlescent piece can strike up a conversation when worn on its own, perhaps curated onto a juxtaposed, one-shoulder neckline, but also adds dimension when stacked with more monochromatic and metallic layers.
