FAQ

We offer free ground shipping to the US Lower 48 states for orders over $100.  We currently do not offer shipments outside of the continental U.S.  Orders of in stock items are processed within 1-2 business days of order.  Made-to-order items require 3-5 business days to produce and 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the order. Leslie Lenhart is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. We do not refund packages lost in transit and are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

We will send you and email with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to us at hello@leslielenhart.com.

We will do our best to produce made-to-order products within 5 business days of receipt of order and will ship within 1 to 2 business days upon their completion. Shipping time will depend on customer location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included within 14 days of receipt.  Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund, minus shipping costs, to the original form of payment.  Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Any return received after 14 days will be returned to sender.

Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns can take up to 7 days after delivery to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon return being processed, your refund can take approximately 2-7 business days to update, depending on your banking partner.

Exchanges

If your item is within the terms of our return policy, you are eligible to return your item for store credit to use towards a new purchase minus the cost of return shipping.

Our goal at Leslie Lenhart is to provide high quality pieces that will last for years to come. To that end, we warranty all of our products purchased through leslielenhart.com or in-person events against manufacturing defects at no charge for one year after purchase. Our warranty does not cover damage considered normal wear and tear or chips, tarnishing, or other damage caused by misuse of the piece. Additional fees may be required if valuable components are determined to be unrepairable or missing from the piece.

For purchases outside of our warranty policy, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis.
